“The Deluxe Romance Wedding Package” offered by Carnival Cruise Line.
Package includes: Ceremony performed by a local officiant, a bottle of sparkling wine, carnival champagne flutes, bridal bouquet with matching boutonniere for the groom, One and a half hour open bar, hot & cold hors d'oeuvres, champagne toast, two-tier wedding cake, cake server, coffee service, an ice carving, Wedding music, and photography service. We have also added a Disc Jockey to this list to liven things up.
A shipboard wedding is a new experience for all of us and it will no doubt be a wonderful event to be a part of, however Carnival Cruise Line has to abide by the rules set by U.S. Customs and Immigration in the boarding process. Please review all of this information below so that we can all board the ship as a group and without any complications.
First of all, we will be granted “Priority Boarding Status” (once the ship is cleared by U.S. Customs). The time to board the ship is controlled by U.S. Customs and Immigration (not Carnival Cruise Lines). No one is allowed to board the ship until U.S. Customs and Immigration clear the ship for sailing.
We are all required to be at the designated check-in area by 10:30 am and we must all be prompt!! The Seaport Street Terminal 651 Channelside Drive Terminal #2 Tampa, Florida 33602.
We (Bride & Groom) have provided Carnival with our guest list with all of our guest’s names and dates of birth. Non-Sailing Wedding guests are to be completely dressed for the wedding (Sunday / casual dress) and have photo identification; such as a state drivers license or pass port in order to obtain a visitor’s pass. (Your name & date of birth shown on your ID should match what is on our guest list). ***Any wedding guest who fails to provide proper photo identification will be denied boarding by the cruise line.
We ask that EVERYONE take photos for us, so don’t forget your cameras!! After the wedding please

102 E. Cass Street Tampa, Fl. 33602. There are 10 dbl beds & 6 kings to choose from at a rate of 69.00 + tax per night. These rates are for a limited amount of time so call and reserve a room soon!(YOU must call to reserve a room; just ask for the Smith/MacIntyre wedding group). **We are planning on arriving early and going out “Dutch” the evening before the wedding to celebrate. *If you are not coming the night before and decide to drive into Tampa the day of the wedding...Please be Prompt! You must be at the designated area at 10:30 am!! (We want you to celebrate with us...so don't miss boarding time).
***We would love to invite “everyone”, but that is not possible because we can only have 50 guests and our list filled up very quickly!! We apologize to those family and friends that we were unable to accommodate; you will be invited to a “pre-wedding party” on July 26th at the Hilton Garden Inn (behind Target in Gainesville) - hosted by Ron’s boss and remember…we still love you!! There will also be a shower on August 1st at the VA cath lab break room hosted by Holly's co-workers.
