Troy and I were introduced to each other two summers ago by a mutual friend. Troy asked if he could take me on a date, and he came and picked me up with a dozen pink roses in his hand. We had our first date at Biaggi's. I told Lisa the next day that I could see myself being with him forever. A few weeks after that he finally got the courage and said one night while we were watching tv, "I was wondering...If you would want to be my girlfriend?" He hates when I tell people this, but it really was the cutest thing. Since then we have been inseparable. We knew early on that we wanted to be together forever, and started talking about marriage almost a year after we had been together. Since the first date we have been able to read each others' mind and finish each others' sentence without thinking. We know we are soul mates. We went to almost every jewelry store looking at rings, and found a lot that we liked. When Troy proposed I was SO surprised, I had no idea! He had so many cute ideas for how he wanted to propose, he thought about doing it in Estes Park or Downtown Fort Collins, but me being my stubborn self, didn't want to go anywhere he suggested that night. He ended up doing it at our house with candles and rose petals, It was perfect, I coudn't have asked for anything better. He treats me like a princess, even when I don't deserve it. He is the best thing that has happened to me! We have been so excited over the past year planning our wedding and our futures together. Its hard to imagine that all this came from one date, but it has been the best thing to ever come in each of our lives. We plan to love one another for eternity.

Our wedding will be at the Best Western at Crossroads in Loveland. We will be getting married on New Year's Eve of this year, at 8:00 pm.

Our reception will be directly following the ceremony at the hotel.

We are so excited to share our special day with everyone we love!
