It all started with a couch! Frank just happened to say that he needed a female's perspective to help him pick a couch for his new house. I eagerly offered my assistance and on our second date we found the couch that now sits in our living room! After picking the couch, we spent the rest of the evening lost in conversation and loving getting to know each other.
Frank sent me on a wild scavenger hunt through Pittsburgh on my birthday. Each location had a new clue attached to a long stemmed rose. Many special people in our lives held the roses and even the manager at Wendy's had one! I eventually ended up at the top of Mt. Washington with a beautiful birthday present and then a proposal! I could hardly breathe but "Yes" quickly made its way out of my mouth!
It has been a whirlwind of planning and preparing since then and we are so excited that our special day is almost here!
Father Robert Cedolia will be marring us at St. Anne's Church, 400 Hoodridge Drive, Castle Shannon PA 15234, at 1:30 pm on Saturday, April 18, 2009.
Heidi McMurtrie will be the Maid of Honor and Melissa Martin, Deahna Calgaro, Rebecca Murrary and Maryn Formley will be the Bridesmaids. Victoria DePasquale is our Flower Girl. Paul Stadelman is Frank’s Best Man and Vince Richtar, Lou Falcone, Andrew Bondi and Scott Kramer are Groomsmen. Nick Bondi is our Ring Bearer.
Guest at our wedding will be serenaded by Drew Bondi (violin), Jake Bondi (cello), Karen Richtar (violin) and a special solo to be performed by Uncle Rudy Richtar!
At 4:30 pm on Saturday, April 18, 2009, our guests are invited to join us at South Baldwin Social Hall, 5311 McAnnulty Road, Pittsburgh PA 15236. There will be a buffet dinner catered by Armstong's Restaurant of Castle Shannon and an array of delicious cookies baked by our loving family. And of course wedding cake!
Eric the DJ will be playing all of our favorite songs! But please feel free to request your favorites too!
Also, we will have a full-sized photo booth complete with "props" to help you remember this special night! Remember we will receive a copy of ALL of the photos and you will receive your photo too!

Frank and I are so blessed to have found each other and we can hardly wait to be married! We have both been warmly, welcomed into each other's families. We have been so thankful to have wonderful, loving friends and family to share our special day with.
