Logan and I met at work in July 2007 and began dating on October 25, 2007. We have lived together since April and he proposed to me while we were on vaction in New York City in Central Park on July 21, 2008. You can say he had a little help from a squirrel who captured my attention long enough for him to get the ring out of his backpack and the ring box without me seeing. It was very romantic and a day that I will never ever forget. We are practically married already and I cannot wait to make it official on June 22nd 2009 and spend the rest of our lives together.
As everyone should know by now we have decided to get married with Carnival cruise lines on the Imagination. The ceremony will take place on June 22, 2009 while in the port of Miami, followed by a one hour reception consisting of open bar and hot and cold hors d'oeuvres. We would love as many of our loved ones to attend as possible but we understand if you can't make it to Miami, FL.
We will be extending our honeymoon and wedding by driving from Ohio to Miami but those who wish to fly can fly into Miami International airport which is very close to the cruise ports. Those of you who wish to attend the cruise with us can find pricing and make travel arrangements through www.carnival.com. Those who would like to attend the wedding and reception but who do not wish to attend the full 4 night cruise can board the ship just for the wedding and reception and then disembark before the ship leaves the port of Miami. Be at the ship by 10:30am on the 22nd, dressed and ready for the wedding. We will be express checked in before other passangers, but they CANNOT guarantee anyones cabin, so be ready to attend the wedding. There will be a waiting area where everyone can relax before the ceremony. Additional information: If you drive down you can park your cars by the ship for $12 a day. We will be eating the early dinner at 6pm, not the 8:30pm time. If anyone desires to give us a wedding gift, please do not bring it on-board as we will have to pay duties on anything given to us. Please do not give us any thing in Florida as our car will be in a lot the whole time, and the cruise does not cover any damages to the anything in the car.
