Our Story

After five and a half long years we have finally decided to make it legal! The road has been long and bumpy, but we have truly grown both as individuals and as a couple. We look forward to sharing our wedding day with our parents and siblings and can't wait to share our wedding and honeymoon stories with all of our relatives and friends at our wedding reception.

Our Wedding

Ryan and I will be married on a Carival cruise ship on Sunday, April 18 2010. Due to restrictions for the guest list on-board the ship, we will only be asking our immediate families to join us for the ceremony.

Wedding guests are asked to arrive at the departure site no later than 10:00 am on the day of the wedding. Guests should be completely dressed and ready for the ceremony. Ryan and I will be able to access our stateroom to dress for the ceremony.

The ceremony will be a short and casual one, performed by a nondenominational officiant.

Our Reception

Because we are unable to have all of our family and friends at the ceremony, Ryan and I have decided to have a wedding reception in Atwood on May 15, 2010 at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 6:00 pm.

We will be serving pulled pork, potato salad and baked beans backyard BBQ style!

We will be having a DJ to help us dance the night away!

Ryan and I have been building our home together for several years now allowing us to acquire all the usual "wedding gift items" and will therefore be asking for cash gifts at our reception to help us make improvements to our home.

Travel Arrangements

Ryan and I will be driving to Galveston. We have to arrive three days early to obtain our marriage license and plan on relaxing and pampering ourselves until the wedding/departure day. Our cruise ship will be leaving port at about 4 pm on April 18, 2010 and will be arriving back around 8 am on April 25. We will be traveling to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the Cayman Islands and Cozumel, Mexico.

A Special Message From Us

We would like to thank all of our family and friends for all of the continued support they have given us throughout the years. We would also like to thank you for helping to make our wedding, honeymoon and reception unforgettable! We love you all very much and hope to see you all at the reception!
