How We Met:
Steffen and Marissa met through a group of people that went to ValleyFair. They both stayed off the Power Tower while the rest of the group continued on and had a wonderfully in-depth conversation the very first time they spoke. They continuously talked to each other via phone and text. They stayed up until 4am talking about everything and had their first official date the next day. Steffen called Marissa and asked her to go for lunch at Benihana's (her favorite restaurant). They have seen each other everyday since then!
The Proposal:
Steffen led Marissa on a wonderful 2 1/2 hour scavenger hunt to landmark destinations of their relationship. The final location was on a huge hill that they've had picnics on before over-looking the city with ValleyFair in the distance (which represented the first place they met and where they fell in love). It happened at about 10pm and their entire families knew before midnight! It's all on film! Check it out!
